The Philippine Presidential election is just under a month away, and PH online sportsbooks now accept action on who will win the upcoming election.

A lot has changed in the past few months, and there is now a clear frontrunner based on betting odds provided by BetOnline. As you can see below, Bongbong Marcos has emerged as a clear frontrunner, but that doesn’t necessarily mean he will win.

Bongbong Marcos

Bongbong Marcos is the son of the former dictator and 10th President Ferdinand Marcos Sr., who ruled from 1965 to 1986.

Bongbong has since followed in his father’s footsteps and has held several political positions, including Governor, Representative, and Senator, during his political career. In 2021 Marcos Jr. announced his intentions to become the next Philippine President.

Marcos Jr. has since teamed up with current vice-president candidate Sara Duterte, daughter of current President Rodrigo Duterte, and has a substantial lead over current vice-president and Presidential Candidate Leni Robredo.

Leni Robredo

Leni Robredo is the current vice president of the Philippines, lawyer, and social activist. In 2016, Robredo beat Marcos Jr. by a slim margin for vice-president.

Robredo has recently started a grassroots campaign reportedly consisting of over two million supporters leading a door-to-door campaign to try to close the gap between her and Marcos Jr. in the Presidential election.

Manny Pacquiao

Pacquiao is a current senator and former world boxing champion extraordinaire from the Philippines. He announced his intention to run for president in late 2020 and has since had a turbulent campaign.

Pacquiao was seen as an early favorite and rival to current president Rodrigo Duterte, but after his quarrel with Apollo Quiboloy, Pacquiao’s odds have worsened.
